Just a week

So far this week has been somewhat uneventful, oh yeah except for my two day adventure with a stomach virus.  I hate being sick, but hey, I did lose a pound or two   Thankfully it was Travis’s day off, so he was able to watch Jake for me, because there was no way I could deal with him or food.  Jake has done great at therapy this week, showing off his new skills, especially his verbal ones.  He has become so much more verbal that it is amazing.  I just love to hear him talk unless all he is saying is “drink”.  That usually happens when I can’t get to him to give him a drink like when I am driving.  He is definitely a pistol fireball.  We are planning on going camping next week, I am looking forward to the family time.  We’re hoping to go a wooded area near a creek so Travis can do some trout fishing while the boys and I play in the creek.  The place Travis wants to go has no hookup, so it will be roughing it.  I will take pictures and let you know how it goes.  Fun in the outdoors.
