Jake is a special boy. He was born at 29 weeks, weighing 2lbs, 12ozs, 15 1/2″ long. At some point the blood flow to his brain was cut off causing him to have brain injury. He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and cortical vision impairment. His impairment is to his fine and gross motor skills. He is in a wheelchair and totally dependent on Daddy and Mommy.
He is truly a blessing to behold. He has accomplished so much more than we ever imagined. He may be limited but tries his best. He is extremely lovable and happy. He enjoys being around other people especially kids.
